Strategy Call: We mapped the audience in detail — spending behavior, transformation goals, willingness to pay. Built the offer architecture on the call. Finalized revenue share terms. Set a 15-day deployment timeline before the call ended.
What We Built: A full Whop product, a conversion-optimized landing page written in Mony's voice, a complete email sequence for pre-launch and launch phases, a launch content calendar with scripted promotional posts, and a customer support system that ran from day one of launch.
The Result: $12,359+ revenue generated. Follower count grew from 9,000 to 23,400 — a 160% increase — in 15–20 days. The monetization system accelerated audience growth because the product itself became part of the content loop.
